Video Daily Double: Landon, 1-42 & Confed Cup Tribute
I'm going to switch things up a little bit this afternoon and provide you with some video goodness to help you through the day.
First, a look at all 42 of Landon Donovan's international goals, starting all the way back in 2000 with the opening goal in what has become a long line of "dos a cero" victories over Mexico. It's a good thing Y2K didn't lead to the end of the world, or else we would have been robbed of all the fantastic goals that Landon has scored over the past decade with the Red, White, and Blue (amongst other things).

And next, a personal favorite, which takes a look back at the USMNT's remarkable run in the 2009 Confederations Cup. It's a well put together compilation of highlights, replays, and close ups of the Yanks throughout their incredible campaign, but it doesn't fail to remind us of the eventual disappointment, with a shot of an emotional Clint Dempsey after the loss to Brazil near the end of the video. Nevertheless, it's a great look back at what was one of the most memorable tournaments in the history of the USMNT. Enjoy.
